Hier gibt es Entwürfe von der neuen St. George Waterfront auf Staten Island:

Neben dem Riesenrad wird dort ein Outlet-Center mit 100 Geschäften und ein Hotel mit 190 Zimmern gebau, wobei das Empire Outlet bereits Ende 2016 fertiggestellt sein soll.

Join us for a behind-the-scenes walking tour and discussion of these cornerstone design and engineering projects reshaping the Staten Island waterfront into a world-class destination and urban escape.
This event is being held in conjunction with NYCxDESIGN, NYC's official citywide celebration of design May 3-17, 2016.
